Choose to send unlimited email alerts to one member, a specified group or all members of your organization, day or night. This feature gives you the flexibility to customize the format of your message, as well as attach a document (such as a newsletter) or image.

This feature is great for getting the attention of your members who don’t often check email.  Find a lost pet, warn about incoming severe weather and much to raise attention to your members almost instantly.

*First 1000 texts are free on the Professional Plan and first 3000 texts are free on the Premium Plan.  Extra text messages can be purchased for a fee of $25.00, per every 1000 text bundles.

The way of the nested message board has come and gone. Newsfeed allows the members or admin to immediately create topics for discussion. Users can attach images, videos, as well as like, comment and pin posts that matter. This feature was built with today’s social media experience in mind, emojis and all.

Members, Groups, the Board, Committees and Admin can have their own private conversation through the chat feature. This feature allows the creator to find and select who is included in the conversation. It works like text messaging on your phone, so you can attach documents, images and videos direct from your device.

Allow members to keep updated on what’s going on in the community, by choosing to receive a weekly or monthly email.  Digest helps your members stay engaged, and alerts them of important items that need attention, to showcasing new events, group discussions, an upcoming payment and so much more.

We have a designer on staff that will tailor your logo, branding, images, colors and text to any size newsletter you desire.  We will populate the newsletter for you, and you can email it out through our software.  We will also provide the file to you for print, so you can mail it if you like.

Though our software allows you the ability to send unlimited emails direct through our system, we also offer the ability to have branded email accounts.  These accounts allow you to let your personal email to remain anonymous when communicating with members.

With the ability to create unlimited folders and infinite nesting of subfolders, your organization can store crucial documents such as: covenants, meeting minutes, bylaws, etc. The admin also has the option to secure documents for specific access levels and mass download folders direct to their device.

All your members stored in one database. Choose to have a secure directory page where users with access can see all members of the organization, with a pinned map of each address. It should be noted that members have the option to choose to be listed or not in the directory.

Downloadable postal formatted invoices for some or all members; complete with return and send to addresses, as well as built-in fold lines.  We also help guide you on which type of envelope to buy for your printable invoices.  If you would like us to print/stuff/mail on your behalf, rates start at $1.80 letter, with everything included.

Collect payments online on behalf of your organization. Members can easily pay their dues and fees with one click. Additionally, if your plan allows for it, members can also pay for event registration and to reserve amenities.

One-Time Charges let communities collect money from members to purchase items like lost pool access keys or replacement mailboxes.

Allow members of the organization and potential new members to submit a contact form to inquire within. The admin chooses if the form will be sent to one or multiple email addresses for collection of the data.

It became clear to us that there needs to be the ability for members to perform individual actions on the site, but also the need to group actions under one roof.  Households gives organizations the ability to pay dues and vote at the household level, instead of by individual member.  This assures only one vote and/or invoice per address, submitted/payable by any designated member(s) of the household.

Highlight photos of your organization, members, amenities or recent events in an aesthetically pleasing format. You have the ability to create specific folder categories, designate a feature image for each folder, as well as load and name the photos within each folder accordingly.

Create unlimited custom forms to allow the collection of data for specific topics within the organization. Whether you want to collect info on violations, arc requests or inquire about opinions, the custom form builder is the dynamic tool you need. Attach these forms for requirements to reserve amenities, attend events and more. Select one or more email accounts to receive the submitted data, as well as export total results of the submissions into a .csv (excel document).

Create and apply specific tags that can be used to form groups within your organization. The admin has the ability to create unlimited tags. Numerous features throughout the platform allow you to target specific groups, giving the admin the ability to email, restrict access to web pages, documents, events and much more. This feature could also be referred to as having custom access levels.

Your organization can collect payment to allow for businesses to sponsor the website. Sponsors can submit a logo, landing url and be provided stats specific to the number of views and clicks the ad has acquired. The admin can choose where to highlight the ad on the website for optimal viewing and opportunity for premium placement.

Multi-Site Manager is ideal for property managers and master associations. Created specifically for the ability to manage your organizations or sub associations all from one screen. Take excel login management out of the equation, as there is no longer the need to remember the domains for each organization or store a separate username and password. All communities are one-click visibility, so you can choose which organization needs attention in real-time.

Give members the ability to vote for the board of directors in upcoming elections. Get the votes needed to change the bylaws, covenants, ccr’s or whatever you need. The admin has full control to restrict voting to members or specific groups to gain targeted information. Choose where submissions are emailed, export the data and view aggregated results in your portal.

Similar to Online Voting. give members the ability to take quick surveys and polls. Allow the public to submit these forms or restrict to members/specific groups for data that allows your organization to make key decisions. Get instant valuable organizational feedback. The admin controls where submissions are emailed. This data can also be exported and is viewable in aggregate form.

When a member is logged in, they will default to our new Member Portal. This will kick off the Mobile Web App user interface. From there, members can quickly decide what tasks they would like to accomplish, or information they’d like to obtain through an app-like experience. V2 of of this feature will be a downloadable Mobile App found on the Apple/Android App stores (and is expected in 2024).

The committee planner tool allows the admin to create unlimited committees. The admin has the ability to assign a leader by default, as well as create unlimited positions for the committee. The assigned leader also has the ability to manage the committee. The committee can be created for members to join automatically, apply to join or setup for invitation only. By creating a committee that takes applications, this means the admin or committee leader can attach custom built forms for data collection.

Create events with full description and images to allow members to register. Restrict events to members or specific groups. Create ticket types and unique packages for purchase. Create daily or multi-day activities for registration and collect payment for these as well. Attach custom forms for data collection to ticket packages and activities. Allow businesses to sponsor your event and collect payment from them. This is a comprehensive feature, capable of much more, such as early bird entry fees.

Create the ability for members to reserve organization amenities. Members can choose date, time, number of guests and more for each amenity. The feature is broken into calendars so members can select times that fit their schedule. Members can also pay to reserve amenities. The admin has the option to attach custom forms for data collection about members and their guests. Similar in setup like Events Registration, this is a robust feature that allows for much more than can be listed here.

Allow members to submit info for ARC approval or work order management and have a unique ticket number assigned to the case.  Interactions between admin, approval committee and members all through the website.  Approve, reject or ask members for more information through the ticket system.  Members and admin can view these details direct on their dashboard.  Emails are used to signal notification updates and communication between parties is one click away.

Give admins the ability to create unique sub-admin roles by limiting access for members within the Admin Panel.

Boardroom is a designated area where video sessions are held for meetings between the board.  This private area allows the directors/members special access to areas on the site. Boardroom also includes access to board related documents, images, private chat, web pages, as well as access to exclusive polls and voting.

Violation Tracking allows admin and members to submit violations within the community.  Whether you’re a concerned owner that see’s a streetlight out, or a member of the board that notices an owners property is in violation of a safety rule… our feature has you covered.  Submit a form, with images, deliver the violation electronically, or print and mail.  Back and forth exchange is captured in the feature until the matter is closed.

We integrate with Stripe which allows the ability to receive your online payments within the frequency you set.  This also gives us the ability to allow you and your members to have recurring payments.  With our integration, we provide the option to pass-thru Stripe fees directly to the member.

HOA Start has partnered with Proptia to allow the ability for credentialed access, visitor management, license plate recognition, telephone entry, virtual guard kiosk and more with a mobile-first approach.  Check out their platform today.

QuickBooks Integration allows the ability for your organization to create invoices and collect payments through our software.  Seamless, real-time transition from our system to your QuickBooks account.  This features works with QuickBooks Online only.

Open a ticket when it’s convenient for you, day or night. We’ll be there and ready to answer your inquiries during business hours. Every admin has access to ask questions, report bugs or make suggestions.  Tickets live in the Support Desk, so you can always reference back to prior conversations.

We know everyone learns differently. Get immediate how-to steps through text instruction, screenshot examples and/or video tutorials, on all administrative features. In addition to that, we have real-time Helpful Tips on each field, within every feature.

Once you have signed up for services, depending on what plan you choose, you’ll either be working with an Onboarding Specialist through the Support Desk or Live Zoom Sessions.  Additionally, if you opt for the White-Glove plan, your Concierge will be in charge of setting up your entire site, while you remain hands-off.

*Please note that after your website is launched, you will still have access to your Concierge for support.  They will assist you in all needs EXCEPT the support and managing of the organization members, for items such as:  Approval of Registrations, Approval of Reservations, Recording of Payments, Managing of Violations/Ticketing, Etc.

The Concierge will be there to upload documents, create new custom forms, new web pages, and dedicated Live Session support.

All customers have full access to our FAQ Repository, Quick Reference Guides & Video Instructions, as well as online support/training with a dedicated Onboard Specialist.  We realize some clients want face-to-face support, so we offer plans that have the option for scheduled Live Session or dedicated Phone Support during business hours, with your Specialist or Concierge.

When you purchase our software, we’re dedicated to making sure all organizations have a successful roll-out to their members.  Our Onboard Specialists are there during onboarding, giving feedback and doing a review of your website before launch, making sure you have your i’s dotted and t’s crossed.  Our Concierge services provide a full walk through for a scheduled and managed rollout, which in turn delivers the white-glove experience for a personally guided launch.
