If you’re reading this, you’re trying to access our old support platform. We’ve moved on to a brand new integrated Support Desk that you can access directly through your Admin Dashboard—and we want you to take advantage of all the benefits it offers you. Here’s how to open a ticket through our new integrated Support Desk.
Log in to your community website.
- Access the dropdown menu next to your name at the top right (“Hello, [yourname]”).
- Choose “Admin Dashboard.”
- After the Administrative Dashboard loads, click on the “Support” tab on the vertical menu and choose “Support Desk.”
You’ll see any tickets you’ve already opened and be able to create a new ticket at any time. We look forward to answering your questions there—and thank you for being a valued customer!
