Sign-Up for Services

By submitting this form you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. You are also agreeing that you represent your organization, and that you understand they will be billed for the use of our product and services from our staff.  Once we receive this submission we will email you instructions on the next steps, introduce you to your Onboard Specialist or Concierge; as well as an introduction to Billing, who will invoice your organization with the provided details from this form. The due date will be 30 days from receipt of the invoice.  You can pay online by credit card, ACH or mail us a check.

By submitting this form you are confirming you have reviewed the Customer Journey. You are agreeing that you understand that the plan you choose determines who you are paired to work with. You are confirming you understand that if your organization selects the Starter, Professional or Premium package that you are assigned an Onboard Specialist; and all communication is done online, and that there is not phone or live session support for your project on any of those plans. You are confirming you understand that if your organization selects the White-Glove package that you are assigned a Concierge, and all communication is done by scheduled Zoom calls, and email during the duration of White-Glove services.
