Voting & Polls
Every community that wants to continue to grow needs to vote on critical matters that affect its residents. With HOA Start, customize your approach to voting and maintain a user-friendly approach that encourages participation. Make your residents feel heard, empower their involvement in community decisions—and ease the path to achieving a quorum.
Encourage Community Participation
Remove roadblocks and provide the right tools to help residents vote on critical community matters.
- Allow residents to submit write-in answers, and vote for one or for multiple options.
- Make it easy for community members to identify and provide proxy rights to other members.
- Highlight current votes and elections on all members’ dashboards.
Easily Oversee Voting
Ensure that you’re reaching residents and trending toward a quorum.
- Oversee all votes and current election submissions. Create polls that you open to the public or that only registered residents can access.
- Export the results from in-progress or completed voting with a single click. Save previous election and voting questions to reuse for subsequent years or terms.
- Create as many questions as you need, and mix single-answer questions with multiple-choice prompts. Edit polls at any time, and view the date and time of the most-recent changes.
